In Fluid Hive’s client services, workshops, and training, we use the design process and visual thinking tools we developed for our clients. The Fluid Hive design process was created to based on design methods from across a variety on industries and research into how the brain works.
Our design thinking process uses multiple stages, each with specific strengths and goals, that feed into and reinforce each other. Being a process, design thinking doesn’t stop; any “final” result is merely a point from which to launch the next design cycle. This better way of thinking contributes to constant improvement and innovation at an individual and organizational level.
